Why on earth am I doing this thing?
I am something of a butterfly, I have grand ideas and plans which engross me for a week or a month and then fizzle out without coming to much. So in an effort to actually see something through to the end for a change I've decided to record it. They say that everything you put on the internet is there forever which is daunting enough, but in addition to which my friend John has said that if I don't do this he will mock me mercilessly! If you knew John you'd know what a terrifying prospect that is! Not wishing to sound boastfull, but physically speaking I am certain that I can do this. I am a part time cycle courier for Deliveroo/Ubereats so I'm not an inexperienced cyclist. I work for them in Bristol and Bath, neither of which are flat so I am reasonably fit.
